	AQUINAS HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE NAMED AMBASSADOR TO URUGUAY The United States Senate confirmed President Obama’s appointment of Julissa Reynoso as Ambassador to Uruguay. In the Latino community where she shines, and in the Bronx Catholic schools where the foundation for her stellar career was established, there is immense pride without a shred of surprise.
	AQUINAS STUDENTS ARE GENEROUS IN SHARING THEIR GIFTS AND TIME WITH OTHERS Aquinas students are enormously generous in sharing their gifts and time with others as part of their Christian Service. As volunteers at Thorpe Family Residence, Aquinas HS hosts the Annual Egg Hunt for the children. The little ones are greeted by the Easter Bunny and hunt for eggs with the help of the Aquinas students. A fun time is had by all-toddlers and teens. Aquinas students certainly know how to make a child’s Easter Egg-cellent!

	AQUINAS HS STUDENT AWARDED NEW YORK TIMES SCHOLARSHIP Queen Adesuyi, a senior at Aquinas High School, is celebrating her success several months early. Queen is one of the winners of the New York Times College Scholarship Program.
